Acceptance of Terms

Ownership
All content, design, code, branding, and tools on the Organized Freight platform are the property of Organized Freight and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. This includes but is not limited to the platform name, logo, visual design, and tool interfaces.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without express written permission.
Any content you generate using the platform tools (such as load plans or bills of lading) belongs to you. Organized Freight makes no claim of ownership over documents or outputs you create using the platform.
Accuracy and Reliance on Tool Outputs
The tools provided on the Platform are intended to assist with freight and logistics operations. However:
- Tool outputs (load plans, BOL documents, calculations, etc.) are provided for operational assistance only and should be verified before use in commercial or regulated freight activities
- Organized Freight does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any tool output
- You are solely responsible for verifying that documents, load plans, and calculations meet the requirements of applicable regulations, carrier agreements, and freight contracts
Organized Freight is not liable for any freight delays, cargo damage, regulatory violations, financial losses, or other consequences arising from the use of or reliance on tool outputs.
Uptime and Availability
We make no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. The Platform may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, third-party service outages, or circumstances beyond our control.
We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from Platform downtime, inaccessibility, or service interruptions.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform and all tools are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Organized Freight disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Platform will be secure, free of errors, or that defects will be corrected.
Limits on Our Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Organized Freight and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, cargo loss, freight delays, regulatory penalties, or business interruption — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid to use the Platform in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100 USD where no payment has been made.
External Tools and Links
The Platform includes links to external tools and third-party services (such as Cargo Stack and BOL Designer, which operate on separate domains). These tools are subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies. Organized Freight is not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of third-party services.
Linking to or from an external tool does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of that service.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
